Our standard method of shipment is FedEx 2nd day delivery from our own account. Priority available upon request.
We will ship every inventoried item that is ordered before 4:00 pm EST on the same business day.
There is an extra charge for rush orders.
The shipping of hazardous classified items is governed by the Department of Transportation and the
International Air Transport Association (IATA) and requires special packaging and shipping.
We will ship after the receipt of verifiable credit card information from all customers or purchase
orders from approved accounts. If you are a new customer, or previously delinquent, we may require
a credit check or additional security for purchases on credit. The pricing & availability of products
are subject to change without notice.
Terms are net 30 days, FOB Louisville, KY for orders placed. Additional charges for shipping and
customs value will be added to orders outside the U.S. and Canada. Shipping charges will be prepaid
and added to the invoice as a separate item unless otherwise instructed by the customer. If you
would like us to use your shipping account, or if you have other special requirements, please let
us know when placing your order.
Returns
Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis, but under no circumstances will returned material
be accepted without prior authorization. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of order
and must be accompanied by a return authorization number (RMA).
Regulated Substances
Some reagent products are subject to federal and international regulations and require our receipt
of a Declaration of Purpose form prior to shipment. Forms can be obtained by contacting Advanced
ChemTech. A separate declaration must be executed prior to each shipment of regulated chemicals.
Advanced ChemTech does not accept “blanket Declaration of Purpose” statements.
